New Wi-Fi can extend Smartphone battery life

A Wi-Fi chip for wireless phones, laptops, computers and wearable devices has been developed by a NASA researcher. That uses 100 times less power than our traditional receivers.

The chip developed by Ardian Tang ,researcher at NASA’s Jet propulsion lab in California. Popular Science reported that it extended battery life of nearly every device that connected with Wi-Fi.

They used a customized router instead of generating its own original signal.

Then data is imprinted on the signal when it is reflected.

“Because you are only imprinting on a Wi-Fi signal, you aren’t generating it and don’t need power” Mr.Tang quoted.

Driver-less cars

We have seen autonomous cars in only fiction movies, they drive themselves. They are also called as driver-less cars.Google and Mercedes-Benz has been researching to make autonomous cars. They will be available by 2025. Autonomous cars obey the traffic rules, because they works based on our instructions. Even they don’t make any mistakes. If they do any mistakes, we are the responsible for those mistakes. We know that machines work based on purely our instructions.

But realizing the advantages of driver-less technology will require more than smart regulation. Companies and the government will have to convince the people that driver-less cars are safe.

Using driver-less cars we can minimize the road accidents. These cars control themselves, these have automatic braking and line entering technologies. These cars have smarter automatic control system.
Upcoming years the cars do much more things, such as directly pinging one another. They can sense environment around them and communicate with other vehicles.

With these cars we don’t need to worry about traffic problems. While moving on the cars you can have a tea or have a some snacks. They will adjust their speeds by sensing the environment. You will be enjoying these features by 2025. Says thanks to those manufacturing companies who are going to make it.
